In close collaboration with the product inventor, we provided CAD development, Design for Manufacture (DFM), and manufacturing engineering of this patented pipe-cutting system. Our work focused on translating an innovative concept into a commercially viable product, optimising manufacturability, and assembly while preserving the core functionality of the patented Flex Technology. The result is a precision-engineered tool capable of multi-diameter cutting with ultra-square, deformation-free results and a clean, swarf-free operation.
